✿ The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions: cancel and refund the money at any time, and in turn it will not be mandatory to indicate this reason to the client.✿ These terms can be updated at any time without notice.✿ Said updates will be applicable to all commissions made and to be made, except in those cases in which there is a verifiable agreement with the client.✿ Selling the final product as an NFT IS COMPLETELY PROHIBITED AND YOU WILL BE REGISTERED ON A BLACKLIST.✿ Make changes to the drawing once it is finished (For reasons not related to a mistake made by the Artist), it will only be possible with an extra payment.✿ If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have, but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.✿ Commissions are made in the order they were paid

◈ WORKFLOW ◈

✦ Any references and/or images are greatly appreciated and the more detailed your explanation of what you want the better it´ll be done.
✦ You can change the ideas/references of the emotes/Illustration/vtuber as long as I have not started the sketch process. Once started, minimal changes can be requested, such as subtle changes of expressions, hairstyles, etc. When the line art is finished, the stage of requesting changes is closed.
✦ Once I have finished the commission and you request a change that has not been clarified in the information when requesting it, it will be charged.

◈ PAYMENT ◈

✦ The prices listed are in USD!✦ Payment must be received in full before I start the commission.
✦ The accepted payment methods are PayPal, bank transfer or in various payments .
✦ Payment is made in advance, once the commission has been accepted.
✦ I do not begin working until I receive payment.
✦ Prices will not be reduced, any attempt to haggle will be grounds for rejection of the order.
✦ Commercial fees usually are x2 the total value depending on what the order consists of. This may vary. *
✦ Due to the digital nature of this file, all purchases are final. Refunds and exchanges will not accepted, so please consider the product carefully before placing your order.
✦ Difficult or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.
✦ For more characters on the same commission, half the price must be paid for each character.

◈ POSTING ◈

✦ I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request. Additional privacy fee of 25% to the total of your commission. I reserve the right to stream the process unless otherwise discussed.✦ Reposting the comish is fine, just include credit to my social media.✦ I reserve the right to publish your finished Showcase in my gallery for any reason. Of course, I will respect the Client's wishes to keep the work private until its "debut". This will be discussed in advance. Privacy rights have an additional charge of 25%.✦ To give credit in Twitch pannels you can copypaste this: Emotes by (artist name) be made.✿ Commissions are made in the order they were paid

◈ USAGE TERMS ◈

❀ The Artist retains the rights to each image produced. Payment is for the creation of a personalized work, not for transfer of rights.❀ The Artist reserves the right to record the creation of the artwork.❀ The final work may be published by The Artist on any of its social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission), or attach them to their portfolio.❀ The work will not be used by The Artist for resale through digital or physical products, unless explicit permission or request is granted to do so.❀ The products may be posted online by the commissioner if credit is given or link back to the artist.❀ The final product is for Personal Noncommercial use ONLY. The client should not profit from the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement.❀ Commercial Use Commissions do not transfer authorship of the work.

◈ REFUNDTERMS ◈

✿ You will only get a full refund if you see the first sketch and you decide to not continue with the project. Otherwise, the proccess will be too advanced and you'll get less money back. Once the final product is delivered, there will not be any refund.✿ Mistakes made by the artist will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.
